I'm up too @Anony18@Former-Member but shouldn't be. I am tired but head is still messy. How does it feel to be back at home @Former-Member. I noticed that you changed your profile pic. It's a beautiful sketch but a bit sad too.

Instead of looking at all the things you have to do as a massive list try to tackle one or two things at a time. Then things may appear more manageable.

How come the early start? I have not been the best to be honest, particularly since yesterday evening. Not really in mood to talk about it. Just went to work and had PT. My mind hasn't been the most focus but I think keeping you company will help distract me

inhale through your nose for a mental count of four
hold your breath for a count of seven
exhale through your mouth for a count of eight
