Had an unsettled night. Don't think I was tired enough. My mind started racing and anxiety attacks ensued. Feeling exhausted now so hopefully I will have a better sleep.

Hi @Determined and anyone else who is around .... I have woken up early this morning, but it looks like I had 8 hours sleep .... yay ....; ❣

I remember waking up a couple of times, but drifted straight back off again.

Have a good day @Determined .... I am going to try to get back into my artwork today.  I am prioritising my walking at the moment, and sometimes it seems to be one or the other .... in amongst the family needs.
