Funny you should mention that @Former-Member, have been contemplating discussing the benifits of a dietician with thd gp. Been checking out dr google but want to do it right. Also need to convince my darling, a loosing battle at the moment.

Chamomile and raspberry I dont mind, got pure chamomile last shop by mistake and not so fond of that one. I did however forget about tonight's brew so had it cold and that was not so bad.

French Macarons
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar.
1 cup almond flour.
3 large egg whites, at room temperature.
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.
Pinch of salt.
1/4 cup superfine sugar.
2 to 3 drops gel food coloring (see below)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla, almond or mint extract.
Egg whites .... almond flour ..... food colouring .... vanilla extract .... a tonne of sugar .... what's not healthy ?? .... lol
